Whey Isolate And Acne

Septicflesh - Sumerian Daemons (Full Length, 2003)

Greek Septicflesh is a project created in 1990 at the very Athens, his main lyrical themes are the occult, mythology, fantasy and works of HP Lovecraft. Originally the band called Septic Flesh but in recent times have changed Septicflesh, it is said in an interview with guitarist Christos Antoniou said the change in the logo and name of the band has to do with an aesthetic reason as the meaning the same does not change.

Then let them which is perhaps the best album of the band, a production entitled 'Sumerian Daemons' and was launched in 2003, this album is one of the best parts of a genre that surprised many, a fusion of Death Metal with Metal Atmospheric, merging some and experiment with the albums 'Clouds' and 'Wildhoney' of Tiamat.

Septicflesh But the execution is not a copy of the Tiamat of those times, not masters, for my taste is more powerful and has many more atmospheric and even symphonic elements, the band has an extremely powerful drums and guitars ranging between Death and Melodic Death Metal pure, harsh vocals are handled by Spiros Antoniou, orchestrations, the samplers and keyboards are composed and performed by Christos and Storis Vayena, who is also a guitarist.

With these elements it is hard not surprised because even though there are few projects that actually run a Atmospheric Death Metal of this quality, the level is below the surface at all times and not left for some parts obscure melodic and even elements Industrial pretenecientes to come to use, orchestrations provide a somewhat epic touch while providing a mystical atmosphere and malignant tendency does not go unnoticed and this is reinforced with some ethereal vocals that do not bring calm amid the storm unleashed.

worth mentioning that after the release of this production Septicflesh decided to finish due to personal problems among members of the band, but fortunately in 2007 limaron roughness and returned to a scene that no doubt was on the verge of losing a great project.

Highly Recommended.
